3.2 The site serves solely as a platform for the delivery of these services, and by using the site, you acknowledge that no warranties or guarantees are given regarding the provision of these services.

4. Service Modifications and Interruptions

4.1 Intellerzone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services and platform at any time.
4.2 The site owner assumes no responsibility for any interruptions to services.

5. Membership and Subscriptions

5.1 Artist Subscription Package

Subscriptions provided for artists are valid for one year, and the user activates the subscription by making a payment. During the subscription period, artists can benefit from the following advantages:

Community Membership and Promotion
The Premium Artist Package grants artists the right to be a regular member of the Intellerzone community. Artists will be featured on special pages, playlists, and content on the site.

Advertising Rights
Artists will receive advertising rights equal to the number of songs they release over the course of one year. These ads will help artists’ songs reach a wider audience. However, the type, platforms, duration, number, and scope of the ads will be determined by Intellerzone, and the site management reserves the right to change or limit these rights at any time.

Exclusive Events
One of the benefits of the package is participation in exclusive events. However, the number and frequency of events, based on parameters such as the number of participants and budget, are at the company’s discretion and are not guaranteed. The event is offered as a bonus, and the main services provided by this package are independent of events.

Venue Selection and Transportation
The venue for exclusive events under the Premium Artist Package will be determined by Intellerzone. Events may take place in a specific country or city, and transportation will be provided at Intellerzone’s discretion. Intellerzone reserves the right to change or restrict the venue and transportation conditions.

Important Note
The Premium Artist Package is designed to provide artists with ongoing advantages such as promotion within the community and advertising rights. The number and frequency of events are only additional benefits and are not guaranteed. If no event is held, artists are deemed to have accepted this situation in advance, and the fee paid covers the other benefits offered by the package. Other privileges provided by the site owner may be subject to change. Artists will be notified in advance of any changes to events or other services.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 You must use the site only in a legal and ethical manner. Any illegal activity or misuse of the site may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account.
6.2 Users agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, while using the site.
6.3 Users must not upload content that includes AI-generated vocals or likenesses of real public figures (e.g., artists, actors, or other recognizable individuals) without explicit permission. Creating or distributing AI-generated content that mimics the voice, style, or persona of known artists without authorization may constitute a violation of personality rights and intellectual property laws.
Such actions may be classified as copyright infringement, fraudulent metadata, misrepresentation, and brand misuse, and are strictly prohibited on this platform. Offending content may be removed without notice, and the user’s account may be suspended or terminated.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All content, text, graphics, logos, designs, and software on the site are owned by Intellerzone and the relevant copyright holders and are protected by law.
7.2 Users represent and warrant that the content they upload to the site is their original property or that they have all necessary rights and licenses to publish it.
7.3 Uploading content that falsely attributes collaboration with well-known artists or uses AI to imitate such artists without authorization may result in removal of the content and account sanctions, as it violates both legal standards and the platform’s Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Liability and Warranty

8.1 The site does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8.2 The site makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or security of the services provided to users. Users decide to use the site at their own risk.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Users’ personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Users agree that the personal information provided to the site is collected and processed in accordance with the site owner’s privacy policies.

10. Modifications
