Refund Policy
No Refund After Service Delivery
Once a digital service (such as a blog feature, promotion, or content publication) has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
You are allowed to request edits to your published content within 24 hours of publication. However, if you request the removal of the content, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Our platform strictly prohibits any content that violates ethical, legal, or community standards. If any of the following content types are identified during the editorial approval process, the submission will be canceled without prior notice, and no refund will be issued.
Prohibited Content Types:
- Racism and hate speech:
Derogatory, exclusionary, or discriminatory language targeting any ethnic group, religion, nationality, gender, or identity.
- Sexual and explicit content:
Adult material, text or visuals containing explicit sexual content, or erotic implications.
- Sexism and homophobia:
Content promoting gender inequality or discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals.
- Incitement or glorification of violence:
Content that encourages, glorifies, or threatens physical or psychological violence.
- Misinformation / fake news:
False claims, deceptive campaigns, or content likely to mislead or misinform the public.
- Fraud or promotion of illegal activities:
Pyramid schemes, fake product promotions, or illegal product/service advertisements.
- Promotion of drugs or addictive substances:
Encouragement or praise of alcohol, tobacco, unprescribed medications, or illegal substances.
- Copyright infringement / use of third-party content:
Use of music, visuals, texts, or brand names without permission.
- Political or religious extremism:
Provocative political discourse or content containing religious fanaticism.
- Cyberbullying and personal attacks:
Content that targets, humiliates, exposes, or defames individuals.
- Non-delivery of Service
If a purchased service cannot be delivered due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances, the client is entitled to a full refund upon request.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel a service before it has been initiated, you may request a refund. Once the service is in progress, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
